It depends on sellers since some sellers accept refunds some don’t. If you really don’t want it anymore, we will ask the seller for you, but there is no guarantee the seller will accept.
If the seller agrees to refund, some charges have to deduct from the refund: domestic shipping fee occurred, domestic shipping fee for returning the item and the BHINER service fee.
Usually, Taobao will take 4-6 days to refund from the seller depends on how quick the seller responses, BHINER will refund immediately to your BHINER wallet once we received the refund.
