  • The parcel was damaged from outside :

    Contact the international shipping provider and ask for refund.

  • The packing of the parcel was not damaged :
    • You may contact your local express company and apply refund.
    • - Please provide us the appeal number labelled on your parcel, and we will try our best to follow up with the international shipping provider.
